The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TPP (Leeds, England) in Sep 2017
Interview
I received a phone call a week after I submitted the cv online, and schedule an interview two weeks after due to their availability. I went to the interview on the day and did the 25 mins maths test, skip one question. After that i was interviewed by a graduate Analyst and a software developer. Both guys are nice and asked questions about the cv and relevant experience and a few logic questions that are exactly the same as the previous questions posted in glassdoor. Then I was asked for a second interview scheduled in a week after.
The second one was by two directors. Questions are exactly the same as the previous one again. Maths like calculation of 7*8, 11*7, 27*27, cube of 1728, etc. And three probability questions that I didn't get right answer. Two dice sum up 10, second baby probability, etc. And following questions about the cv degree and dissertation.
Unsuccessful, I think mainly due to the bad result of maths part I think.
Really tired of 2 interviews, travel there for 4 hours train and return for another 4 hours for a 20mins interview. If I have second chance I might not choose to come for an interview.
Hope everyone good luck here! You will only know it until you do it yourself.
Logical and Numerical Reasoning was tough it depends how well you answer or calculate the answers, the time was very less, it felt too much pressure while solving the questions
The process in itself was not anything extraordinary. Just archaic to bring people down to Leeds to do a paper-based test. After waiting for about an hour, you get told if you've passed or failed. Nothing on your score, no feedback at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Paper-based numerical and verbal reasoning questions
A mental ability test that only tests speeds and pressure, no actual skills were tested. It was an average test, taken multiple times a day. A basic filter for candidates but has bad basis.
