Was fairly straight forward. First I got a phone call to discuss my CV, I was then invited to a face to face interview in the office to discuss further, along with competency questions

Question 1
Asked me the 3 coloured balls in bags question from Google
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TPP (Leeds, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
Same process as everyone else on here - applied via CV and cover letter, short call the next day, invite to interview. Obviously, I did my research on the company and came on here to have a look. Genuinely SO weird how accurate all of these reviews are. I read them and thought, maybe mine would be different, but made sure I knew the answers to the questions outlined on here other candidates had been asked ect. So got there, as most other reviews said, they were running late and I was probably seen after about an hour, obviously got travel expenses ect whilst I was waiting. Got into the interview and the questions were exactly as I had expected and what was outlined on here - very general, there was only 1 competency question. Logic question was exactly as everybody had described on here - just the marble one. Couple of days later I got my rejection with no feedback.
Genuinely do not understand what this company are doing/what they want?? They're going to almost every uni in the country to advertise their roles, offering massively high salaries with 'no experience required', offering out interviews to so many people (whilst i was waiting for mine there were at least 10 other people coming in for interviews) and rejecting everyone?? As it stands, the company only has around 200 employees and they're not looking to expand, so I don't know why they're begging for so many applicants. It's a waste of everyone's time and their money paying everybody's expenses. I genuinely felt like I smashed my interview, having been aware of almost everything they were going to ask me as the majority of it is outlined on the many reviews on here... Baffling. Absolutely would not recommend travelling 10 hours to Leeds for this interview. Interviewer also mentioned there would have been another interview if I was to get through.
