Was emailed to schedule screener 5 days after submitting resume. When recruiter called it was clear they had never interviewed for a technical role in food industry before and knew nothing about the company or role they had been contracted to recruit. Questions were typical wrote screening questions. Seemed more interested in my pay range than qualifications.
