Doesn't seem like interviews are at all done in an organized manner. HR calls to share about an open position and goes ahead and assigns an assignment which I am supposed to complete 1 day's time so that they can schedule the interview over the weekend. Still calls 2-3 time inquiring the progress on assignment as if they couldn't wait even an day. After submission of assignment, no call nothing from the HR and later they say they were already interviewing someone else for the position and they ve decided to go ahead with them. What's the point of wasting someone's time if you aren't even gonna call them and let them know what happened. Honestly the assignment and the all the hustle seemed shady, probably getting their work done in disguise.
