Tantor Media interview questions

I received an interview request in the morning and then had my HR screening that afternoon. The interview was entirely generic questions and no information about the position was given. Also, the interviewer was outside exercising during our conversation, which was a new experience for me. I never heard back despite following up. I can only assume she was unable to take notes while on her run. She also told me that it's "hard to get people to stay here because it's a very specific work environment like nursing or construction, only certain people will thrive here."

I was invited to a phone screening interview that took about 30 minutes. The questions were mostly standard interview questions. I was told that I would hear back in a week, but they ghosted me.
