One interview with two managers. The interview was both quite casual and easy. Basic questions were asked about previous work experience as well as scheduling needs and expectations. Offer followed shortly after.

Interview
got interviewed by 2 managers who were extremely stand-off ish. asked questions about my general previous work experience and despite having many years of restaurant experience and having gone through various FOH roles, they basically implied that I wasn't competent enough (to be a server?!?!) based on the environment of the restaurant's I've worked out. really strange. honestly just thought i was being profiled as a POC

Interview
I had an interview with a day manager about two weeks after I dropped off my resume. She asked 4-5 questions about my previous experience and situational questions about handling fast-paced work environments and large parties, plus questions about my availability and long-term goals. The AGM was then brought in right after to essentially ask me the same questions, and I was hired on the spot.
