One interview with two managers. The interview was both quite casual and easy. Basic questions were asked about previous work experience as well as scheduling needs and expectations. Offer followed shortly after.
Lied about hours, amount of tips, and more in order to entice workers for their new opening. Said it'd be starting in a month with full time hours and great tips. Job was delayed 2 months, gave us 2-3 days at most and tips were $50 a week which is abysmal in back of house standards.
