I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tapestry (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
The interview process was unnecessarily long and repetitive, with up to four/five stages involving multiple stakeholders often asking the same set of questions. It felt like a poor use of time and lacked coordination. Unfortunately, it's not uncommon to be ghosted even after reaching the final round—something that's echoed in many other reviews on Glassdoor. Candidates should be prepared for a drawn-out process with no guaranteed follow-up.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tapestry (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
Do not recommend anyone to apply for this company. As have heard other people sharing the similar story, after putting so much time and effort in the interview process, going through multiple rounds, the recruiter eventually ghosted me. Multiple sincere follow-ups, but no response at all. It can be very frustrating when the applicants do not receive the equal respect in return. It is not difficult to send a rejection email or respond to the follow up questions. This to me simply is a reflection of the company culture. Do not waste your time in this company, or at least be prepared for the possible unpleasant experience, and do not hang yourself there, moving on when you do not receive any response back from them.

Question 1
Tell us about your past experience, and why Tapestry?
If you are busy, do not waste your time here since you will feel extremely unprofessional. I finished a HR call and 5 rounds of interview then totally be ghosted. Rejection is not a big deal, but after you spend so much time and people totally disappear is rude. HR never respond to follow up emails, no mater you are asking for result timeline, interview topics or remaining interview process. I even don't know I am in the middle or final session of whole process. HR will ignore your questions in prior emails pretend that they didn't see it, but will still reach out for the next scheduling when they want.
For scheduling, it is also funny all the way. First HR phone call actually scheduled half hour before the time slots I provided, I skipped a meeting to attend. Same day scheduled another round without HR call finished yet. I provided first availability just for HR call but they also used that for next round without a notice. Other things like, HR once requested earlier days availability in the week that I have to move around my busy schedule to fit on that date. However, it turned out interviewer is in PTO when we met, noisy background, no video. Then why we don't wait for people come back and I also have better availability that I provided at the first place? Last but not the least, swap interview time length in mistake between sessions, Twice. Final scheduling time length for each person are always different than what HR saying in the emails. I was tired of asking these confusions in emails since no response anyway. People are busy and taking interview not for fun, please be respectful to each candidate's time.
