I got contacted online. The position was Network Technical lead but based on my experience they asked to interview for System Engineer position. The interview was f2f. The recruiter was very nice. I only had one interview at the office. The interviewer is a cofounder but was very rude and don’t have deep knowledge of systems. He asks some tricky questions and feels he is being very talented because he just remembers few basic concepts. He doesn’t understand what is Linux kernel, High Performance Computing, C++ etc. He doesn’t even have any idea when I talk about threads in C++. Feels like he just studied C and cofounded the company and now thinks that’s what it means to lead/manage a team. I will suggest if you have any experience or knowledge on real systems avoid giving interviews here.
