Tarnow Center interview questions

I submitted my resume online via a university career board and received a phone call the same evening asking me to visit the office the following evening in order to speak with the hiring manager. When I got there the interview started off normally but then the hiring manager told me that there was not even a job available since he'd already hired someone the day before. The position required some EEG training and they looked for psychology majors who wanted to get experience in the field. He also told me that the position was not salaried or hourly since it was a private practice and depended on how many clients they saw.
