Was invited for a phone screen within the next week where their recruiter went over some basic information about the company and asked me about my history and what I was looking for.
Heard back with a request for a 30 minute hiring manager video call the next day which I scheduled for the following day. Again, went over information about the company and heard a little more about the position. I got to ask about 6 questions towards the end that I had planned out ahead of time.
Completed a very simple technical screen pair programming session within 15 minutes of the given hour. Later in the day, heard back and scheduled a virtual on-site interview for the following week (split over two days). These consisted of a React pair programming session, a system design session, a Rails session, a behavioral session with a product manager, and finally debrief with the hiring manager.
Received an offer 3 days later. The sessions, while lengthy, were not very difficult but I had not prepared for any system design and was rusty with Rails.
