Tastemorr Snacks interview questions

Phone interview and then in-person. They will have you fill out a form, and 2 people will do the interview. It was a bit quick. They ask basic interview questions. Then they will explain what the company is about. They will also let you know what the job is about. Then they will tell you that they are interviewing other people and will le you know of he outcome; whether positive or negative. I sent a follow up email, but no reply.

First interview was with the HR Manager for informal generally explaining what the company was about. I was called in for second interview where I has to write an IQ test that took a total of 2 hours, and then another interview with the HR Manager with the owner. Overall a very good experience. They were very kind and sincere. I thought the IQ test is a little dated and unnessecary but it all went well.
