it took a week for the over all interview .they selected me for one process but i am given another role where i am unable to adjust they gave me a role of cce and they gave the training also but nothing helpful.

It took around six to seven hours to complete the interview process and it's spot offer letter on the same day itself.

Jam round,typing skills,aptitude,general questions,group discussion,personal interview,client round,they will ask u about stability, rotational shifts,salary packages, transportation.about any reagional language if u have please mention that.
Typing kills should be abouve 30wpm..basic aptitude questions ND answer.clinet round is something difficult but u will crack easily.
