I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tate in Aug 2023
Interview
In-person interview with head of department and head of programmes. They had sent a list of questions a couple of days before the interview and stuck mostly to this. Friendly and interested interviewers. Well looked after before and after interview by volunteers
