The process was 2 interviews. The first interview was with a recruiter, the second was with a manager. The first interview was short, explained the job and pay and hours and a few basic questions.
A phone interview with the Supervisor and then one with the Manager. Easy interview, more like a pleasant conversation. They seemed to be looking for someone who can be friendly and at the same time professional.
