Teaching House interview questions

A disgruntled former employee interviewed me via phone, spewed a lot of information that is quite outdated in terms of Second Language Acquisition Theory. I felt there was no chance they would hire me as this person was completely uninvolved.

Easy, they are desperate for trainers so essentially they offered me the job on the spot. Everything then needed to be submitted to Cambridge for approval before starting the job. I had a 30 minute face to face interview and then had to provide references in order to get the final offer
