The interviews took Two months - 5 interviews with everyone in the branch putting their best face. It was Meaningless to be that lengthy but they want to inflate their importance.

Conflict resolution questions- because staff conflict is a constant thing

Three rounds, people were very nice, very positive, good vibes "We’re pumped to move you to the next stage of the selection process", "what is your availability for a chat", then...nada; nothing; zilch.
Emails to HR to get updates took days, a week, then radio silence.

The usual, what did you do in a difficult situation...
4-stage interview process that begins with an HR phone call, manager interview, panel/team interview, and finishes with a final director interview. The whole process took roughly a month. The process is intimidating, but rewarding as well. Some of it seems unnecessary and could produce burn-out in applicants.
