I have attended tech mahindra off campus interview in pune in the month of january. my slot was in the morning 9 am. the selection process is as follows 1. written test 2. essay writing 3. technical round 4. HR.

Question 1
1st is online test consists of approx 70 questions.second round is essay writing, 10 mins will be given to complete the essay and a picture will be displayed on the screen, u need to write essay on that.coming to technical round, u can also crack this round if u are strong in basics of c, c++ and java. most of the questions were asked in my mini and major projects and few basic questions in c++. u must be well prepared with your resume.
Easy simple and asked basic coding questions and some questions related to Java and oops and projects that I made few questions on sql and asked me to code a easy question

4 rounds, 3 technical and 1 HR,
first round is MCQ, second and third rounds are technical and coding, final round is HR, need to answer 2 coding questions and 1 communication round also
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds including an aptitude test, coding round, soft skills evaluation, technical interview, and HR round. Each stage was designed to assess problem-solving ability, technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability for the role.
