Tech Mahindra Interview Questions

It was good experience, questions was not too tough .in a basic knowledge .one should be through in programming.Complete 2 technical round were .1st round was about the communication and basic technical questions.2nd round was about programming and SQL queries.

Round 1(Written Test): The first round in the Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process is a written test to evaluate a candidate's Aptitude and Technical skills. It consists of the following three sections: Aptitude Essay Writing in English Technical Test The first round of the Tech Mahindra Recruitment Process is an elimination round and only a certain fixed number (as decided by the company) of candidates proceed to round two. Round 2(Psychometric Test): (optional) In the Tech Mahindra interview process, a Psychometric Test is taken for the candidates who clear Round one. This round is a personality psychometric that is used to assess work behaviour. This round is a non-elimination round in which there is a written test (now online) with around eighty questions for the candidates to solve in about 20/30 minutes. Round 3(Technical Written Test) In the Tech Mahindra selection process, Round 3 is again a written test intended to assess a candidate's technical abilities and aptitude. This round consists of the following sections, which must be completed in under two hours

It was nice. 1 coding question. And technical questions . Practice some DSA codes. Fetch api promises, usestate custom hook redux store call apply bind const var let for loop, uniq array virtual dom why react is used event loop

The first two were pretty good and professional. The third interview was poor. The interviewer didn't show up the first time, came late the second time, and wasn't coherent. Wouldn't put on his video for an online interview. It was just very poor.

The interview was on Zoom meeting, I was asked some basic questions on DSA, and two programming questions, and it was quite easy. The interviewer was friendly, and a bit encouraging, as I was a fresher with no experience.

It was a easy process .I have applied through portal,then I received call from HR,I have attended the thorough video call. I have not received any feedback yet.but questions asked was very easy

The interview process was smooth overall. Professional approach back then (in 2021). Prompt reply. There was an English language test. Background check. Everything went smoothly. I have absolutely nothing to complain about the hiring process.

They select a person and place on hold... Later, whenever they get some project and conduct a project interview.. They never roll out the offer. This may take months. Its a mere time waste.

If you have a friend there he can refer you and a person schedules an interview for you in next 2 weeks based on your requirement for the designation. They will send you the link via email and will tell you what are they going to ask (topic).
