Very bad process..HR will call you and ask you to come for Saturday 10 am.. You need to wait at least 1 hour-1.30 hour for your turn. Mostly they don't have enough people in panel to take interview. Mostly chaos, you will be tired, confused and restless. May be they test your patience :P
Interviewer seems to be disinterested. Dint listen properly and told will get back and wait.
Better check with HR..if you can leave for day or needs to wait.

Una entrevista inicial con la reclutadora, un par de entrevistas técnicas enfocadas a Scrum y por último una última entrevista ejecutiva con el hiring manager. Después de eso me hicieron una oferta.

It took 2 months for 1 interview to be scheduled and it was only for 30 min it did got scheduled through consulting and it was really hard to communicate with person in contact for all the interview needs.

Interview
Entirely video calls, two rounds, first technical and scenario based mostly. Second round techno-managerial, more on customer and people management.
Finally HR, mostly on previous work experience, location, compensation, notice period.
After HR round, they ask to upload documents includes education, previous employer, payslips, ID proofs etc.
