Just three rounds of interview.. GD, written test, f2f. Quite easy.. Average communication, friendly hr. But they wont tell us, where there is no salary for 1st month training...

Question 1
No salary for 1 month training... What will you do? Either stay here or u will walk away... Its a fact.. No salary training
The interview process consisted of multiple stages. Initially, there was an application submission and profile screening. After that, I attended an HR screening round where my background, experience, and communication skills were evaluated. This was followed by an operations/managerial interview where questions were asked about my previous work experience, team handling, KPIs, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. The process also included discussion about shift timings, role expectations, and salary. After successfully completing the rounds, the final step was feedback and further communication from the HR team regarding the next steps.

Question 1
One of the key questions they asked was about my previous experience in team handling and how I manage performance, KPIs, and provide coaching to team members to achieve targets.
Overall positive learning: clear instructions, smooth scheduling, and realistic support scenarios provided useful insight into the process .
However, a couple of interruptions during answers felt curt and slightly rushed; keeping responses concise helped manage the pace

Interview
It's easy and no hard question. Like chat process question like small chat and one essay question on the given topic. Need to write the essay question and perform the live chat and it is monitored by the person on live.
