Worst Process - Time given for interview was 10 Am , till 3 AM no sign of interview , it was kind of walk in for experienced between 3 to 6 years ( everybody comes through some consultancy), after 3 AM recruiters realized they can't complete interview with all candidates .

Cons: The interview was conducted by Curatal on behalf of Tech Mahindra for a QA Automation position. The interviewer asked only a few basic questions related to Selenium and Java, and the discussion was limited. Despite the interview appearing to go reasonably well, the feedback shared later was misleading and did not align with the interview discussion. For working professionals, attending such interviews requires taking time off and adjusting work commitments. Inaccurate or generic feedback makes the entire process a waste of the candidate’s time.
