It was a good interview. Processes are followed for BT or ATT Client Projects. For other projects it is not a thorough process. Some internal or non billable projects do not have a high bar for clearing the interview process. In them it may be easier. Depending on young experience staff, their selection process is easier. For higher experience it is much higher
First round ll be video call, second round as manager, hr round is final and they ll send mail to you with result in maximum two weeks of time. Mostly if first round selected, chances are high for final
