Interview
First of all the the interviewer was 10 min late and did not turn on his camera for the remote interview. He proceeded to tell me how he was a sigma green belt and all his credentials and why he is so great for 5 minutes. He asked me general questions about the position, but his attitude was that he did not want to be there. At first I thought it was going well, but when he asked me why I wanted to leave my current company I explained that the company I work for has a small and new QA dept and that it's frustrating when you work on audits, but they do not take them seriously nor are there set standards. I explained that I wanted to work for a company with more experience so that I can learn. He immediately told me he didn't buy it and said that I would leave immediately if hired and that my reasoning was illegitimate. First of all I have already been with my current company for a year and 8 months, and 2nd my reasoning for leaving is none of his business im not going to go into detail and bad mouth a company in a interview that's not proffesional.
