I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Tech Mahindra (New Delhi) in Mar 2019
Interview
It consisted of one introductory round, followed up with two technical interview and a manager round. I cleared all the rounds and was offered but that never got communicated to the HR from the manager. It looked more like they wanted to have a backup in case the candidate who was originally offered did not join.
