Q/A at a restaurant where a basic introduction and brief description of experience. Then a handful of questions about my knowledge and skills. Interviewer asked questions about military service, criminal history, ability to pass drug test then explained the company and their objectives.

Interview
First interview was done by phone. Second interview was with the President and VP at a restaurant. Job offer came either that day or the next day. I accepted and began work the following Monday. I don't have any more information to offer for this section. Oh my gosh, this is ridiculously long for this particular section.
