Brief half hour phone interview with HR. It was a nice conversation. Later, I was invited to an in person interview with two "VPs". The vibe seemed very much like a frat house and unprofessional. They hardly asked me anything about myself and instead tried to sell me on the job itself and if it would be a good fit for me- warning me that they drink during work, swear, and are not PC in the office. Other red flags were that they couldn't tell me expected weekly hours, other than people are working at 120%. Great. I got the impression everyone was just winging it there. I was told I'd hear back the following week. I received a follow up at this time saying they were taking a bit longer to make a decision. It has now been a month and after numerous follow-ups, I have not heard back. It seems to be a trend from other posts on here. This a very unprofessional workplace. A follow up (offer or not) is basic decency. Good luck finding decent candidates.
