I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Technipower (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Seemed to fly by. I met face to face with 4-5 different people including the Director of Human Resources, the Internal Recruiter who contacted me, Director of Sales, a Branch Manager and a current Recruiter after initial phone interview with the Internal Recruiter. Mostly involved personality questions, so being upbeat is integral. I did a lot of listening and was asked the same questions by everyone I met with. Was offered the job on my car ride home.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Technipower (Roswell, GA) in Jan 2016
Interview
In person interview with multiple managers, typically first speak with recruiting manager, then any manager that is available and feels like interviewing (turn-over is high so they have to hire a lot to keep numbers up and most managers don't want to do it.) Interview is basically just a test to see if you show up and wear a tie. Almost everyone gets gets hired.
