I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tecolote Research (State College, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied through a university job network with just a resume. They reached out and asked to meet at a career fair and interviewed the day after. They won’t continue on to further interviews until they’re sure of a position being available. So it can be slow moving.

How would you create a price estimate of a number two pencil to a client who wanted to make one? (Assume they did not exist yet)
It was very simple. I went in for the interview and talked about my experience with two people. They did not try to quiz or test me. It was easy going.
