It was very simple. I went in for the interview and talked about my experience with two people. They did not try to quiz or test me. It was easy going.
Casual, open to answering questions. Met with various individuals so it was unclear exactly what assignment might be, although job functions were all similar. Interview process can be long but it provides a good means to understand the different positions that may be available, and opportunity to hear how a few different people have felt about their time with the company.

They just asked me to talk about my resume and asked a few specific questions about my resume. They also talked about what there company did and different ways one could be involved in the company.

Three interviews: peer, technical lead, & GM. Straightforward with a focus on fit, potential, and motivation. Timeline can be long given contract manning requirements, hiring date, and on-boarding.
