Interview
The interviewing schedule was a marathon, from 8am to 5pm with a lunch interview as well. I hardly ate anything. I interviewed with 9 managers. The process was well organized and each manager was tasked with a different aspect in the Behavioral Interviewing style. There was only 1 manager that allowed me enough time to ask about the job and the product portfolio that I was interviewing for. Many PM technical aspects were asked of me. After 2 weeks I did have to call back to find out what decision they had made. When asked for feedback about my experience, as expected information was limited but I did get out of them that I was runner up.

Interview
Had initial interview virtually with hiring team, not HR, which was weird. Then had interview with HR virtually, which went well. Had third interview with Director of department, which went well. Then had 3-4 hours of onsite interviews which went well. Sent follow up email with no response, but that's not unusual. After not hearing anything for 4 weeks I contacted HR, was told they would find out and get back with me. After another two weeks I asked again, I was told sorry this slipped through the cracks, they decided to go with someone else. Everyone in process was very nice, HR person was not good.

Interview
1. Initial screening talk with HR over phone. The interview focused on verifying background, reason for change, salary expectation etc.
2. Called to office premises for technical rounds. Two rounds took place. Both were focused at my previous work and program management concepts. I was also presented with challenges they are facing was asked to provide my views to solve them.
3. Presentation to senior folks on a topic of choice. I chose to use PPT that I carried in a USB stick.
4. Hiring Manager discussion. This was to explain work culture and job needs and seek suitability.
5. HR interview. Mostly, family background, attitude towards difficulties in life and salary negotiation.
