    Interview

I applied online. Within an hour I was called by one of the supervisors for a brief telephone interview, in which she asked if I could speak and write in English. As they were raising funds for a major political candidate, she asked me what political party I was registered under, as well as some basic questions (who's the Vice President? Who are California's senators? Who's running for president?). She then scheduled me to come in for an orientation the next day, where I interviewed with another supervisor one-on-one.

They played the movie "Apollo 13" and then asked me if I could do what they did. I pointed out that that what they had to do with the technology of the time probably took some knowledge. However today it shouldn't be any more difficult than a hard level of Candy Crush

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Telefund (Los Angeles, CA) in January 2013.

    Interview

Group interview followed by one-on-one interview. This part is just to make sure you're not criminally insane. Then you're scheduled for a trial shift, where some random person will be assigned to judge if you'll succeed at the job. There is no rhyme or reason to this process. Just make some effort to try to get sales, and try to be cool.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

They told me how much I was going to get paid, and then started.
