    I worked at Telefund part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    A really eclectic group worked at Telefund and there were many great people. It's rewarding to raise money for good causes and you're usually working on a variety of campaigns each shift which keeps things interesting. Management was really positive and pleasant to work for, you couldn't ask for more in terms of flexibility.

    Cons

    The office itself is an allergy hazard, so much dust and rather crowded together. At times people are competing for shifts so you aren't always guaranteed to work when planned. It's the nature of the beast, but pay is low.

    Don't Interview for a job here -- this place is truly disgusting and dirty and a sweatshop and they pack their poor desperate employees in like sardines. You can find a Better Job than this !

    Flexible schedule, good location, fast paced environment, very get there and do your work and leave kinda place. Some people could consider this a good or a bad thing.

    Cons

    Extremely dirty office, have not seen anyone clean the keyboards or vacuum the floor.
