This process was very long two interview and tecnical test , the time for development was 2 hours nad the main propousal has a case of work was proposed in which an approach of the current situation and a solution in a determined time according to the objectives of the area

la entrevista fue un proceso sencillo en el que se valoran conocimientos estrategicos, tecnicos y sobre mercado y habilidades como liderazgo, proactividad, pensamiento creativo, trabajo en equipo, capacidad para resolver problemas, idioma ingles etc
Entrevista presencial y piden estudios y análisis médicos en OLAB. Te revisan si tienes tatuajes. Tardan en responder pero si te dan respuesta ya sea que te quedes o no con el puesto. El proceso fue una entrevista con mi jefe directo y una más con RRHH.
Went very fast, had 3 rounds of interviews within 2 weeks, People are very friendly and cooperable. Enjoyed the experience in comparison to others. The office is very nice and comfortable also easy to commute there.
