I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Telelanguage (Portland, OR) in May 2014
Interview
I applied through email after seeing a job post on craigslist. After 3 days of submitting my application, I was interviewed twice by phone followed by a competency test phone-call as well. I was hired the same day and received and email with some paperwork and a pre-recorded training. The following day I went to the main office to drop off my w9 and contract.

Interview
Applied online hear back quickly form HR. HR was informative and courteous. Language specific interview- the interviewer talks fast and had an accent and few words I was unable to understand because of this. I tried to spell the word to make sure it's the correct word I am interpreting. The interviewer got upset and inpatient with me. Well I can't interpret if I don't know what you are saying.

Interview
Was called day after application, scheduled telephone interview.RUDE COMPANY. Very few questions, felt I was leading the interview - a bit uncomfortable as I did not want to come across as too aggressive by "leading" the interview - recruiter seemed young and inexperienced - but quite pleasant.
