    I worked at Telelanguage full-time

    Pros

Very easy job Ability to work from home

    Cons

High employee turnover Low pay Zero room for advancement Zero raises Management is horrible, quick to blame employees for problems that require resolution at their and IT level, even when employee has brought the problem to the attention of management time and time again

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people and they will take care of you! Usually when you have high employee turnover it's YOU not the employees. Management is a joke. Happy to have left for better opportunities,

    Former Employee - Operator

    I worked at Telelanguage full-time

    Pros

For a call center it's really not bad at all - very good about giving you breaks and lunch, sometimes you get food, sometimes you get champagne.

    Cons

At times you're asked to be shady - in particular, pretending to get an interpreter on the line when you know there are no interpreters available, or taking an appointment for an interpreter on site when you know you won't have one.
