3 rounds Totally. Mostly about craft skill and soft skill and work experience . Its not the whole tencent would do. depends on which group you are in. Mine is not hard.

It was 2020 summer internship program in Mainland China. I was recommended by employees so I skipped the internet process and just got manager interview for 30 minutes, around my profile. The manager interview is not that difficult.
