Walked in and asked for an application. Has interview next day. Did 7 shifts of Untipped work. Had to memorize table openings and wine list. Had to purchase bottle opener and provide my own cash drawer.

Interview
The manager gave off a really bad vibe during the interview, and after reading other reviews and talking with the past employees I'm glad I didn't accept the position. You apparently can't keep all of your tips and don't leave with cash at the end of the night.

Interview
Called ahead to see if they were hiring. Came in later that day and filled out an application, then spoke to a manager. The manager on duty asked me questions about my bar knowledge. He let me know they had just hired three other people just before me so if they do decide to offer me the job the general manager would give me a call soon. Just a couple hours later I received a call from the GM and he asked me a few questions over the phone, then offered me the job.
