Initial phone screen, performance task, panel interview, leadership interview. You must accept verbal offer before they will provide a written offer. I thought this was unusual. Whole process takes multiple months.

The interview process itself is lengthy; first, there is a prescreen call, and then a task, and finally a panel interview. It may take up to two months to make it to the panel interview, and then there is another long wait to see if you made the cut or not.
