I got interviewed at my school by 2 very nice talent recruiters. They asked about specific things I've done on my resume, but I could tell they were looking heavily at my attitude and personality. They look for a lot about leadership experience and will ask heavily about good and bad experiences you've had.
Super personable, just to get to know you. There were no technicals, it was all behavioral questions they did. Talked to an applicable recruiter in my field. No other comments on the interview process

10 minute interview with standard STAR interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewer wanted to get to know candidate personally beyond just job-related skills. Took place at career fair at college.
