The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Textron (Boston, MA) in Apr 2008
Interview
I was told that I was one of four people selected from a job fair that was to be interviewed, and that at least one would get a job offer. I met with three people -- one was in HR, and just served for general questions. One was a manager in mechanical engineering that explained the company breakdown and some sample projects. I don't quite recall what the last one was interested in, but he was a younger engineer that worked there, and eagerly showed me their exhibition room. The overall style was informal, with plenty of broad, open questions that one might expect in a generic interview. It actually seemed to go pretty well, but I guess I just wasn't what they wanted at the time.
