Interview
Had a screening that lasted 2 minutes because the job was fully onsite with no flexibility and relocation is only offered for 50+miles. I live within 50 miles but would've been over an hour commute and they clearly were not willing to negotiate further.
I applied thru indeed, they emailed me to schedule a phone interview. Then, we they asked me basic questions about my resume and company. It took around 15 - 20 mins.
