I met a recruiter at an on campus career fair, and interviewed the next day. First interview was completely behavioral, 30 minutes long. Talked about interests and ambitions. Second and final interview was an on campus interview two weeks later, which was mostly behavioral but involved a few technical questions based on my resume details.
Super personable, just to get to know you. There were no technicals, it was all behavioral questions they did. Talked to an applicable recruiter in my field. No other comments on the interview process

10 minute interview with standard STAR interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewer wanted to get to know candidate personally beyond just job-related skills. Took place at career fair at college.
