Very friendly, they try get to know who you are and where your aims are.
Your interviewed in groups so when you get threw the interview there are chances you will be training with the same people

I know the call handling system has updated but used to be a process where they gave you a sheet beforehand and you had to rate yourself confident to loss confident, would recommend putting confidence in every area.
It will depend on who you have marking you as every person is different.. I conducted interviews myself and how you look and present yourself is a big factor as well as your communication.
