I was contacted by their internal recruiter but the initial 15 min call took 2 weeks to arrange. The actual video call interview took place a couple of days later after which I was given a task which was due in 2 days (I think this was an unfair deadline). Once I submitted the task, I received no confirmation or feedback - I continually followed up with the recruiter who did not respond for 2 weeks. I finally got a generic 'we won't continue your application' email - surprise. I felt this entire process and the recruiter was unprofessional and poorly reflects on the company.
