The Aji Network interview questions

The first interview felt very drawn out with 45 min that didn't consist of knowing about me or my experiences. I was asked to read a 20-page excerpt and then sat in the interview with 25-30 min of my interviewer talking about the excerpt/product.

Was contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the interview immediately, to take place a few days later. Phone interview was simple and took around 30 min. After the phone interview we scheduled an in person interview a week later. During the in person interview I filled out a paper application before the interview. During the interview I was given requirements for making a schedule of events, and then asked to make a schedule for the year.
