Inexperienced interviewer, seemed to just give me the job without an interview required. It all Seemed like a bit of a formality really. Still the interviewer was polite and made me feel comfortable.

We met in the cafeteria, had a tour and talk about all the areas of the warehouse and where we would be working. We then had a mini interview (nothing formal) just to ask about our start date, if we were happy with the role etc. We then went upstairs to watch all the health and safety videos which took around an hour. We then signed into a portal to answer about 20 easy questions
