Interview
If you can agree to meet for an observation day (which they call a second interview/shadowing day) you complete a phone interview. However, the second/main interview is NOT an interview. It is ONLY an observation day. Nobody asks you interview questions, you dress casually, and you go out with the canvassers from 2-10:30pm, watch your trainer knock on doors, then knock on your own doors 8-9.

Had me take an EIGHT hour ride along, unpaid, to shadow somebody as they went door to door asking for money. Was not able to leave as they drive you there in a van with others.

The canvas director is super likable and she makes it easy to talk to. The entire process was quick and you could tell they really will hire just about anybody.
