I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Borgen Project (Ban Phone Savang) in Apr 2014
Interview
There were two parts to the interview: a written assessment and a phone call. The assessment gave you news articles to correct and the phone interview was a standard interview. Knowledge of their website is essential for success in the phone interview.
Spoke over video call for ~ fifteen to twenty minutes with a hiring manager. She was kind, but did not seem particularly interested in the interview or my specific answers to her questions.
