Was only 20 minutes and very obscure. I was asked about more philanthropy questions than HR questions, which wasn't very helpful. The tasks I had to complete during the interview had nothing to do with Human Resources

The interview was done virtually over Zoom. Interviewer was very friendly and nice. She asked a few questions about myself, my knowledge of the organization and why I’d be a good fit for the internship. I heard back the next day being offered a position.

Relaxed interview, some questions were "tell me about yourself", "why do you want to be a part of the borgen project" and "what are your weaknesses". I was accepted 1/2 days after the interview. Overall good experience
